All Atronix operators are certified to the WHMA / IPC-620 Assembly Standard. Each Atronix facility is staffed by not fewer than 4 IPC Certified Trainers, and all operators are certified to either or both IPC-620 or IPC-610 assembly standards for manufacturing. All Atronix production facilities are certified to the ISO 9001 Quality System Standard with our quality system policies and procedures written to the ISO 9001:2008 standard.
Our Documentation, Production Control and Quality Systems are subject to strict revision control and strongly linked to ensure coordination of all product related information.
System automated generation of production work orders ensures the timely and accurate issue of orders to the production floor. Real time material and work order management tracking details material lots, assembler and auditor signoffs for immediate recall via the integrated data management system. All work orders are accompanied by documentation, which includes customer drawings, specifications, assembly instructions and visual aids which include specific IPC standards to ensure consistency. All tools are maintained and calibrated per IPC620 standards with tool tracking implemented to the work order, operation and operator.
Quality audit records and productivity reports are analyzed daily and reviewed weekly as a standard element of Atronix internal quality metrics. We guarantee the products we ship meet customer requirements making use of industry and manufacture specific inspection and testing equipment and processes. Inspection and test equipment include circuit and hi-pot testers, Cirris Signature series testers, Fluke handheld meters and 4x to 10x microscopes. All test and inspection data is recorded by work order, assembly part number and metric and is subject to perpetual storage for retrieval whenever needed.
Atronix makes use of the IPC/WHMA-A 610 and IPC/WHMA-A 620 standards for workmanship acceptability as a default. Our documented training program is tied to the IPC-A-620 and IPC-A-610 standards. All operators in all production facilities are trained and certified to the IPC-A-602 standard as a minimum requirement. All facilities have IPC-A-620 Certified Trainers on staff. Atronix de Mexico has both IPC-A-610 and IPC-A-620 Certified Trainer on staff.
